Delicious and Fresh Tomato Basil Bruschetta
Who doesn’t love some juicy tomato, balsamic vinegar, and basil? Just the smells alone!
This recipe is quick and easy and sure to impress!
5/8 whole baguette, sliced
3/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups fresh basil, chopped
6 medium roma tomatoes, diced
salt and pepper
balsamic vinegar, to taste
1. Chop tomatoes and basil in food processor.
2. Add minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut baguettes, brush with olive oil and minced garlic, toast in the oven until almost golden.
4. Serve the toasted baguettes slices with bruschetta topping!
